My personalised breathwork consultations are designed to fit your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance your physical and mental wellbeing, or cultivate more calm and focus in your daily life, I create a program tailored specifically for you.

During our sessions, I take the time to assess your current breathing patterns, identify areas for improvement, and introduce you to various techniques that best align with your goals—be it Coherent Breathing, Box Breathing, more advanced practices or with breath and movement through Qi Gong. I work with you step-by-step to develop a practice you can easily integrate into your routine, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed to ensure lasting results.

Whether you're a complete beginner or familiar with breathwork, these sessions are fully customisable to meet you where you are. With each breath, you'll gain more clarity, balance, and control over your wellbeing.

Co-created by Amanda Wright and Manu Gallo, Resilience Works draws on our personal experiences in high-stress careers. Amanda, with a background in festival management, and Manu, a professional firefighter, have both seen firsthand the toll demanding roles can take on mental and physical wellbeing. We’ve combined our expertise in breathwork facilitation to develop workshops that tackle these workplace challenges head-on, offering transformative tools for sustainable wellness and performance.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have an established practice, you'll experience the calming effects of mindful breathing and gentle movement while connecting with others who share similar wellness goals. Public classes offer the perfect opportunity to engage with a larger community and enjoy the collective energy that comes from group practice.

For a more personalised experience, I bring breathwork and Qi Gong to your home, office, or private gathering. These tailored sessions, which can be done online or in person, are ideal for individuals or small groups seeking an intimate and focused practice. CREATIVE CALM - THE ART OF BREATH & BALANCE

One of my signature workshops, Creative Calm, merges two powerful modalities: Draw Breath and Qi Gong. In this unique session, participants are guided through an exploration of breathwork as a creative tool, using Tom Granger’s Draw Breath techniques to unlock mental clarity and emotional balance. Paired with the gentle, flowing movements of Qi Gong, this workshop cultivates harmony and between breath and body, reducing stress, enhancing vitality and creating equilibrium within.
