I’m Amanda Wright, is a breathwork facilitator, Qi Gong teacher, and someone deeply committed to helping others discover the powerful impact of breath and movement.
My journey into breathwork began in 2020, during the pandemic, when I embarked on a weight loss program. Driven by curiosity, I wanted to understand how the body loses weight—and to my surprise, I learned that 70% of weight is lost through exhalation. This revelation opened the door to a new world for me.
At that time, I was already aware of Wim Hof, and after discovering his breathing techniques, I began practicing daily. I was immediately captivated by the impact it had on my wellbeing, and this fueled a passion to explore even more. I dove into the science and research around breathwork, soaking up knowledge through podcasts, books, and guided sessions from world-leading breathwork experts. My personal transformation during this time was undeniable, and I knew I had to share it with others.
I pursued formal training with some of the most respected figures in the field, becoming certified with Tom Granger (Draw Breath and Aria Breath) and Peter Caughey (Forest Rock Qi Gong). Currently, I am furthering my expertise by studying conscious connected breathwork with Steph Magenta of Seven Directions Breathwork.
My approach blends my extensive life experience with a deep commitment to helping others achieve mental, emotional, and physical balance through breath and movement connecting you to your vital energy.
