The Journey with Amanda Breathe Wright

My path into breathwork and Qi Gong began as a personal journey toward healing, clarity, and balance. What started as a curiosity has since become my calling.



I’ve trained and become certified with world-class leaders in the field:



  • Tom Grainger – creator of Draw Breath and Aria Breath, who taught me how to blend science, creativity, and guided breathing into accessible practices including the Queen of all breathing techniques - Coherent Breath.



  • Peter Caughey – founder of Forest Rock Qi Gong, where I became a qualified Qi Gong teacher, connecting breath and movement through ancient Eastern practices.

  • Steph Magenta – founder of Seven Directions Breathwork, where I’ve studied the depth and potency of conscious connected breathwork, trauma-informed facilitation, and emotional release.



These teachers have shaped my approach — blending the wisdom of tradition, the power of science, and the art of holding space.



From Aotearoa to Bali, the UK, and beyond — I’m traveling the world as a digital nomad, sharing my breathwork and movement practice as I go.

FAQ'S

Will I miss out if I’m in a different time zone?

Not at all. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your on-demand library, so you can watch and practice at a time that works for you, wherever you are in the world. And hopefully there will be sessions that work with the timezone that you are located in.

Do I need Facebook to join?

Nope. The full membership lives on a platform called Systeme.io—no social media needed. We do offer a private Facebook group for those who want extra community connection, but it’s totally optional.

Do I need to be experienced with breathwork or Qi Gong?

Not at all. The Breathe Wright Collective is designed for absolute beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Every session is guided, gentle, and adaptable to your own pace and experience level.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you’re on the monthly plan, you can cancel at any time—no contracts, no pressure. Annual members can choose not to renew when their year is up.

What should I wear for the sessions?

Whatever you feel comfortable in! No activewear required—just clothing that’s non-restrictive. You can join in your work clothes, PJs, or anything you can move and breathe easily in.

How much time do I need each week?

You’ll get the most out of the membership if you attend or replay 1–2 sessions per week. But even 5–10 minutes a day with the on-demand practices can help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
